The Polish Hills Wilderness Farm was established in 1992 by Deborah and Jack Gauthier as a bed and breakfast. It was the original homestead of the Lepack family of Otter Lake. Click History to read about this history and the Polish Hills. We ran the farm as a bed and breakfast for five years, and offered a choice of year round activities from dog sledding and cross country skiing in the winter; to fishing, hunting and hiking in the summer. We must not forget making maple syrup in the spring, which is mostly a hobby, but one could make a small income from it as well. The only activity we indulge in now is the making of willow furniture and willow making workshops. Click Willow Furniture to see our products and to order. The farm has great potential for an outdoor commercial property because of its natural beauty, location, and its unique history. For those interested in purchasing such a property, click Outdoor Commercial Property to read about the business potential this property has for interested buyers. Click on "My Page" it is all about me.
