The Polish Hills Wilderness Farm was established in 1992 by Deborah and Jack Gauthier as a bed and breakfast. It was the original homestead of the Lepack family of Otter Lake. Click History to read about this history and the Polish Hills.
We ran the farm as a bed and breakfast for five years, and offered a choice of year round activities from dog sledding and cross country skiing in the winter; to fishing, hunting and hiking in the summer. We must not forget making maple syrup in the spring, which is mostly a hobby, but one could make a small income from it as well.
