Many hunters have been coming to this areas for years.  The Pontiac is well noted for its abundance of wildlife.  There are hundreds of small lakes and rivers to fish.  Many are accessible directly from the farm by the back trails.

    The homestead had previously been operated as a hunting fishing lodge back in the 30's and 40's by Joseph Lepack a former owner.  See History.
