the story behind the 2002 Christmas miniature sheet from the Isle of Man. Anethea
Radcliffe, a primary education teacher developed "Letter People" as an
innovative style of teaching young children. Titles or children's names are printed in big
colourful letters and filled with characters or themes in bright colours.

Haslewood, CPC #860 . . . Bob describes and illustrates some interesting Canadian
stampless covers with December 25 postmarks. Included is a Montreal Dec. 25, 1786 straight
line postmark believed to be the oldest Canadian cover bearing a December 25 postmark.

"Plan on
Exhibiting at the Minnesota Stamp Expo" ...the next CPC meeting will be held
at the Minnesota Stamp Expo in suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota. CPC members wishing to
exhibit in the show are asked to contact June Berwald, 1821 Zanzibar Lane North, Plymouth
MN 55447-2850 to receive a prospectus. Please indicate the number of frames you wish to
