Pastor Bloy discusses in detail the 19p Great Britain Christmas stamp issued November 2, 1999 depicting the carol "Hark the Herald Angels Sing". He gives us a background on the carol as well as the artist who designed the stamp. The other stamps in the set are briefly described.
