'Round the World Christmas Covers...Richard
Beecher, CPC #987, illustrates a nice usage cover of his favourite US Christmas stamp -
the 1969 "Winter Sunday in Norway, MA" stamp. Mailed from Flushing, NY to
Alexandria, Egypt it has four copies of the 1969 issue plus a 1 cent Thomas Jefferson
stamp. The cover includes many interesting postmarks on the front as well as on its
reverse.
"The Carols and Songs of Christmas"...Glenn
Vasbinder, CPC #484 continues his new series by describing the origins of the carols
"O Come All Ye Faithful" and Joy to the World."
