Welcome to the Homepage of the Eastern Regional Clydesdale Association

The purpose of the association is to encourage, develop and regulate the breeding of Clydesdale Horses in the Ottawa Valley and surrounding areas. An annual show is held each September in Carp, Ontario. Our goals are to help promote the breed, and to educate and encourage young people to take and interest in Clydesdales.

Each year the ERCA sponsors classes at several of the local fairs. Members have the opportunity to participate in a special foal class as well as juniors are encouraged to show in showmanship classes.
