Rosewood High Hopes   2006 Champion Introductory Dressage, Champion Training Level for NGDD and Reserve Champion Training Level for OADG.

Update, at his 1st 4 day National Competition with his new AA owner he scored a 75.652% and was High Point and Champion winning all of his classes.   He also received 74%, twice.  His high score this season is a 76.8%! His first foal was born on May 20, 07.

2008 will be competing in the FEI 5 yr old class and 1st level.  1st  score in the 5 yr old class is 75% and 1st place!!!! Second test 78.6% and 1st place!!

2008 Eastern Zone 5 yr old Dressage Champion with a score of 81.6%!!!!!

  Born in May of 2003, he began his show career as a 3 year old with great success.  He is sired by U.S.E.F. Grand Champion Green Conformation Hunter Popeye K.  His mother is a dressage mare Nikita III at her second show she received a high score of 73% in introductory dressage.   Oskar is reg. with the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association, all foals are eligible for registration with the CWHBA.

He is an outstanding young athlete.  He attended his first dressage show in 2006 after only being in training for 1 month and receive a score of 68.5%.  He has continued his showing through the summer attending 6 dressage, with a high score of 71.5%.  He has been Champion at Training level at 5 shows.  He attended his first hunter show on Sept 17th and was Champion in walk/trot division and tied for Reserve Champion in the Hack division. 

He was sold in January of 2007 and is competing at National Dressage with his new owner. Oskar has been Training level Champion at every show in 2007 as a 4 year old.  His scores are consistently in the mid 70's with a couple in the high 60's.  His high score at Training level is 76.522%.  In August of 2007 they made to move to 1st level and to no ones surprise he won 2 out of 4 classes, placing 2nd and 3rd in the other 2 classes, he was Reserve Champion.  With many of the competitors horses having far more experience in the ring and under saddle. His high score at 1st level is 70.571%

In 2008 he began competing in the FEI 5 yr. old class with his trainer Sue Z.  Scoring 75% and receiving an 8.5 for his walk!  In his second FEI test he received a score of 78.6%.  He has also moved up to first level was year end Champion at first level.  He also qualified and competed at Devon in the FEI 5 yr old class.

In 2009 he made the jump with his trainer to Third level and we are thrilled to report the success continues!  His high score to date at Third Level is 70.513%.

Since day one this boy has been a superstar, providing us with so much enjoyment while we owned him and with his new owner the joy continues.  We wish to extent our congratulations to Joanne and Oskar K.

Desmond RS

Another home bred success story, this weaning will be standing at stud.  He will be remaining a stallion until his full sibling is born in the spring of 2010.  At which time we will decide which of these colts are nicer.  He has exceptional conformation and movement, with a willing personality.  He is going to be the next superstar off this property.  Follow the link to a brief video of his amazing trot!  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIKpQYKrk1I

Mares

Nikita III is a reg. and approved CWHBA mare.  She stands 16.1 hh and is a dark bay with minimal white.  She is sire by Walis Nordis a Holsteiner Stallion.  She attended a few dressage show before becoming a broodmare and received scores as high as 73%.  Nikita is the dam of Oskar K, Wessex RS and Desmond RS. 

Helena is a reg. branded and approved Trakehner mare.  She is 15.2hh.  Scoring a 9 in her trot during her inspection.  She will be joining our breeding program in a couple of years.  She is currently being used in lessons.  She has competed in the hunter ring being Reserve Champion in the Hack.  In dressage she has been Champion or Reserve at most of her shows this season.  Her high score this season is 66.66%.  Helena foaled a beautiful chestnut colt by Chablis I Z

Miss Biggie is a 15.3 hh reg. TB.  She had her first foal from Oskar K on May 20th, 07.  A stunning colt with 3 white socks and a blaze.  She is a light bay with some white on all four legs and a star and snip.
