Boarding
Our Facilities include: 80 foot wide indoor arena,
Sand ring with lights (NEW summer of 2008),
60 foot round pen with sand footing,
20m x 60m grass dressage ring with letters and 1/2 wall,
Huge grass jumping ring,
Heated Tack room, (NEW fall of 2007)
4 large rubber matted stalls,
1 foaling stall 13.5 x 16.5 ft with cameras,
rubber matted aisle,
shelters divided into open stalls in each paddock,
Small group turnout 2 or 3 horses,
Large grass paddock for late spring, summer and fall turnout,
Heated waterers in paddocks, checked daily,
Safe spur fencing in smaller paddocks,
Electric fencing in large paddocks.
Helmets are require on this property regardless of age.
Deluxe Outdoor board: Includes hay fed 3
times a day, grain fed up to twice a day. Worming done every 3 month. Free
access to shelters with a limit of 2 horses in a paddock in small shelters and 3
horses to a paddock in large shelters. Free access to a heated waterer.
Minerals and salt are included. Use of facilities all facilities except
stalls. A tack locker is assigned to all boarders indoor and outdoor.
Additional supplements will be added to feed if supplied by the owner. Our
outdoor board also includes at no extra charge, fly spraying, fly masking, booting and blanketing. Choice o
f grain.
Cool Cubes a 12% low starch feed or Celestial 13%. Please visit
www.equistation.com to learn more about these two feeds. Cost is
$300.00 per month.
Stall board: Includes hay, grain (your choice of the above feeds), use of all facilities and a stall 10.5 x 13.5. Stall are mucked daily and picked out throughout the day if the horses are in. Water buckets in the stalls are cleaned daily. Horses are turnout in the summer for at least 12 hours and usually 8 hours in the winter. Cost is $450.00 per month, slightly smaller stalls are available for $425.00.
Lessons for boarders at $120 per month.
Training & Lessons: This feature can be added to any boarding option for only $175 per month. It includes one lesson a week, plus one training session a week. Or upgrade to two lessons and two training sessions for $300 per month.
