The Wednesday @ 22:00h Show Theme Song
I was up this morning,
Early to see a show.
It was of the accomplishes
Of some people I know.
I drank coffee, and sat on a couch
While my life looked on with dread,
At the very little within it's happenings
And all it's time spent lying in bed.
But it's alright,
The illusion is so you don't know
That really nothing is happening
'Cept on the Wednesday @ 22:00h Show.
My nieces have gotten bigger,
Since the last time that I saw them.
When they're older and see me on the street,
Will they say "Hey, I know him?"
Graduating can displace your goals,
They're open to interrogation.
The choice suddenly arises to
Throw them out and pack them in.
And it's alright,
I can carry on as long as I know
That things can always get a little more uncertain
Like on the Wednesday @ 22:00h Show.
And a perspective altering view's given
During the Wednesday @ 22:00h Show.
And I should let things ride if any clue's what has been
Before the Wednesday @ 22:00h Show.
The Wednesday @ 22:00h Show Radio Play Theme Song
This is the next installment of the Wednesday @ 22:00h Show Radio
Play.
Harold's gone but here in spirit.
Between him and Wendy's he's lit
a combustible wick.
Adrostical will soon deflate both physically and in pride.
Harold's going to steal his bride.
Here comes the unravelling of what's been tied
lacklusterly.
Stacy seems quite convinced that Wendy should have heard the
note.
She made no assumption to hide
The potentially destructive words inside
Harold's tortured heart.
Maybe Jeff can find a way to reconcile the feelings of all.
He works in a mysterious way.
He has very little to say
about all but love.
Oh Wendy played by me you are so pretty and so caring.
Have you really always kinda thought
That Harold is as quite filled with rot.
Do you like him alot?
I think it's safe to say that all other concerns have been
shadowed by one.
Is this the end of A and Wendy's life
Together as husband and wife?
Have new lives began?
Have new lives began?
The Wednesday @ 22:00h Show Radio Play
Cast: Any-name-beginning-with-"A"- Jorge Neff (pre-recorded that day, after I cut his hair. His voice was recorded with a slight echo, which I think added a little to A's character.)
Stacy-Sujata (By phone. The first to ever participate in the radio play using "The Wednesday @ 22:00h Show Web Page")
Jeff- Sujata's friend (who also used the web page, so was the first person to do so in conjunction with someone else)
Wendy- me
Stacy- Wendy! Wendy! You need to answer me now! There's only a
little more time before Adroctoernot explodes! Do you love
Harold?
Wendy- Wha'? I- I- I...
Jeff- We're losing her. Maybe if we gave her a stiff drink.
Stacy- Wendy, please!
Asohdkf- I can't believe this. You mean that if she says she
loves me, then I'm going to blow up? But if she says she loves
Harold and will stay with him forever, I can live, and return
back to my regular size?
Stacy- That's what the rest of the note says.
Jeff- Well Asrtock, look at what it's come to. You know you're
partly to blame for all this.
Ashdoih- Me? What did I do? Actually, forget it Jeff. You're
just going to say something stupid.
Stacy- You see. You see. It's just that kind of attitude that's
brought you to this dilemma. You're about the size of a blimp,
getting bigger every minute, and your flesh isn't going to
stretch much farther; and yet, you still don't get it. It's
your inability to let other's into your thoughts on the world
that has allowed the opening for Harold to come between you and
Wendy. If her life was more entwined with your own, Wendy
wouldn't be conceivable without a portion of you.
Jeff- Just forget it Stacy. He never loved Wendy anyway. He
just needed someone around to add some sort of significance to
his life. Here, throw this onto Wendy's face.
Stacy- What is it?
Jeff- It's a little something I brewed up. I've used it lots of
times to wake up people I've had to subdue with my extensive
knowledge of the martial arts. As a private investigator you
need-
Stacy- Private investigator? You said you were a Consolidating
Adviser. Why did you lie to me?
Jeff- We don't have time to discuss this now, Stacy. Here, just
through this on Wendy.
(SPLASH)
Wendy- Wha? Hello? Why what's happening you know I think I see
Aotolderock but you know unless i've been gone a very long time I
don't think he could be that that you know when I was young-
Stacy- Wendy?
Afhtod- Wendy, quick. If you profess your undying love for
Harold, and agree to spend the rest of your life with him, you
can save me.
Wendy- But but how when but dear you know how could you live i
mean either way you know I'm not with I mean we aren't well
together or at least one you know while one way you don't have to
live to see me with Harold.
Asdjo- I can live with that! Now please, for me.
Jeff- You see! You see! He doesn't really love Wendy. Wendy!
Be true to yourself and profess your love for Assholinghear.
Give him what's coming to him.
Asdhif- Don't listen to Jeff dear. Imagine life with a man who
would go through so much just to have you.
Wendy- I'm confused. I don't know what to do. I'm not sure what
I think about anything.
Asodi- Hurry! There's not much time left! Stop thinking, as if
you know how to, and just profess your love for Harold.
Stacy- How can you be confused Wendy. Listen to what he's
saying. If you don't really love Harold, just don't say anything
and Adrocticone will blow up. Then you won't owe either of them
anything.
Wendy- But, but, Albert and I have been together for so long you
know and well you know I'm not sure can there you know be visits
I mean if I take Harold you know and I'm not sure about-
(CRASH)
Jeff- Wendy! Look out! The support beam over your head is giving
out!
Adohfi- Wendy! Please, for the sake of us all. Save my life!
Stacy- Do what's in your heart Wendy. Don't let anyone sway your
feelings.
Jeff- Maybe we should all just get out of this house.
Asdofi- But what about me?! You can't just leave me here to
explode and destroy the house I worked all my life to build!
Wendy, darling, please! Forsake me, to save my life! I'll get
by without you- uhm, somehow.
Wendy- Oh my goodness, what do I do?
Stacy- Stay true to yourself, Wendy.
Jeff- Come leave with me and let Arthurot explode. I'll marry
you Wendy- that fling we had two years back meant more to me
than any I've ever had. I WAS the only one I've ever had. Uhm,
how was I?
Asohdi- What! What did you say, Jeff? Is this true Wendy?!
Stacy- My God! Is what Jeff just said true, Wendy? Please say
"no".
Wendy- Well...
