About our Conference:

You can participate on our Conferences via the Internet or in person. In this way we try to overcome the limitations of time and space, so everyone is able to join the discussion. Based on our experience from earlier conferences the participants will be 80% Catholic and 20% from the other Christian Churches or religions. We are striving to form communal spirit and coexistence. Prerequisite for understanding the lectures is a secondary school background.

To lecture we ask Hungarian professors or specialists. Beside this, for better understanding the thinking of people living in other areas of our world, we ask articles from specialists from different countries. We will rise the questions to them considering the requests sent to us through the internet.

The official language of our Conference is the Hungarian, but we will get articles in other languages, what we translate into Hungarian.
 

For being an associate-conference we ask cooperation in the next areas during the organizing:

Before the conference:
- announce our conference topic in your environment,
- gather persons, or initiate existing group, who are interested in our topic,
- prepare the persons and send us the raised questions and statements,
- finding appropriate location, organizing lodging-boarding and traveling if necessary,
- establish the religious and spiritual atmosphere,
- invite the lecturers, article writers and sponsors of the associate-conference,
- send us the received articles,
- harmonize the long-distance connection, if we organize our conference in the same time,
- keep in touch continuously during the organizing.

We ask you to inform us about the location, time, lecturers, writers and the expecting number of participants of the associate-conference.
We will inform you about the other articles and we can send you the organizing script of our conference if requested.

During the conference:
- get the text of the lecture, or tape it, if not in written form,
- according our possibility, contact our conference during the discussion time if we organize our conference in the same time.

After the conference:
- type the lecture from the tape you made during the lecture, proof reading by the lecturer if lecture is not available in written form,
- make extracts from the lectures,
- if possible, to translate the lectures and articles into Hungarian, if those are in other languages,
- get permission from the lecturers for publishing the lectures on our web site,
- express our gratitude to the lecturers, writers and sponsors,
- try to publish the articles in a local media,
- evaluate the associate-conference achievements,
- inform the local church and multimedia,
- gather proposals for the topic of our next conference.

We ask you to send us also the lectures and additional articles arrived after the conference, their extracts and your summaries.
The accepted articles will be published on our web site, both in original and Hungarian languages, indicating the location where it was delivered, and we will give a final summary from the conference.
 

Language:

The official language of our Conference is the Hungarian, but the language of the associate-conference up to you. We will translate the articles received in other languages to Hungarian, but we can translate only from English, German, Czech, Slovak, Rumanian or Serb languages. To understand articles in other languages could cause some problems for us and we'll ask your help in the translations.
