EXHIBIT LIBRARY SERVICE*

To order a photocopy of an exhibit:

1. State the title of the exhibit. Include the section letter designation if entire exhibit is not wanted.
   
2. Find the number of pages in the description (it's the number in parentheses).
   
3. Multiply the total number of pages being ordered X .10 (.10 cents). This is the cost of xeroxing. (I copy on both sides of the paper whenever possible to save shipping costs).
   
4. Contact Joan for current postage rates for an exhibit.
   

Due to fluctuating and often changing postal rates, please contact Joan for the total cost to send you an exhibit from the Library.

Payment must accompany your order. Amounts are in US dollars. The copies may be retained by you and are for your personal use. Publication is not permitted.

Send your requests to Joan Klimchalk. (Address on page 2 of the "Yule Log") or contact Joan by e-mail.

We appreciate your interest in our "Exhibit Library Service." We hope this material will add to your collecting enjoyment. Your comments are always welcome.

We actively solicit copies of your exhibit to share with our membership. Send to me and include a note giving us permission to use for our "Exhibit Library Service."
