The reason for the Caudecus, the lightning bolt, trident and the helm of darkness is to represent the three main Greek gods. Their names are Zeus, Lord of the Sky, Poseidon, God of the Sea, and Hades, God of the Underworld. The flag shows fighting swords because most Greek myths are mostly about war, and the Sun for Apollo, one of my favourite Gods.
